Exceptional service. The management and staffs were very much concerned about customer satisfaction and extremely... dedicated towards the same. Due to disappointment from very 'premium venues', I had my fair share of reservation. However, the manager Mr. Ashok ji and the team made sure that my event went super smooth. I recently had my reception at Imperial & I’m fully satisfied with their excellent hospitality. Such a warm & great... ambience they have that I could not explain, everything about Imperial like big spacious room, royal looks, their foods, service is no less than 5 star hotels ( well my guests said). Lastly, their staffs are so well mannered and trained that they try to help in every possible way. I heartily thank Imperial entire team for providing A-one service, I really enjoyed my event there. What an absolute joke. The venues interior is the total opposite to what this venue & its management stand for. After 5... weeks of smooth talks prior to our big day, it was so disgusting & disrespectful too see how management & staff approached our wedding reception. Staff was bad, terrible food(Bland) & service (Wondering waiters) & above all, the management just wanted our money. No pre-care or after-care. In fact Ramesh Karki (owner) met me, but ignored me when just introducing myself for the first time. Other senior staff were unknowledgeable in many areas & in house photographers were all amateurs. Only the DJ was alright. Terrible. Never recomend. Save your money.read more
